Why We Built This Site

Wisconsin permits broad access to many court records, yet the correct custodian depends on the case. The Jackson County Clerk of Circuit Court preserves the written circuit record, while the Register in Probate and Juvenile Court Clerk handles probate and juvenile files. Wisconsin Circuit Court Access, known as WCCA or CCAP, supplies public case information but not public document images. The Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Supreme Court use a separate appellate search.
